Impacted and influenced by negative television, news, video games and peer pressure, today’s youth are impressionable and vulnerable. One man and his motivational comedy show, “A Fighting Chance,” are reaching out to elementary school children in hopes of combating these negative pressures and challenging them to make the right decisions.

He’s Emmy-award winning actor and comedian Joe Manno. He’s dedicated his entire life to helping children and families in need, spending countless hours working to get his message heard. For the past five years, he has toured the country with his live arena comedy concerts, encouraging young children to do well in school, stressing the importance of reading and the dangers of drugs and violence.

As we prepare to kickoff the first nationwide tour of “A Fighting Chance,” we are building our partner coalition to enhance the success of the performances.

So why should you be involved?

Because it’s your chance to be a part of a motivational, interactive performance that will visit more than 10 U.S. metropolitan cities, reaching more than 2,000 elementary school students in each visit. Each performance is promoted prior to the main performance and school board members, teachers and community officials embrace the event and its message. The show has received endorsements from teachers across America, two of Florida's governors, including Jeb Bush, the mayor of Orlando, and former President of the United States, Ronald Reagan.

We are pleased to have several sponsors already on board and none of them involve exclusive arrangements. There are still some excellent opportunities available that include:

One of our goals is to encourage partnerships for future performances – we are amenable to discussing different options.
